antique item::

A fine example of Swiss folk art, an antique Swiss drum. The drum is handmade of brass with painted wood frame held together with rope and leather. The surface is parchment (hide of pig). The drum is circa 1910 and is 10 inches tall, 12.5 inches in diameter. There is a hairline in bottom wooden frame, otherwise, it is in very good condition. It is a great decorative object and one could even convert it to a table base.
