A vintage, 25 inch necklace of carved shell and antique Italian Murano glass beads. The necklace is from Zanzibar Tanzania.

This necklace was a part of a collection of a Swiss diplomat that was amassed over a 40 year period during his tenure in Africa from circa 1930 to 1970.
