An exceptional and decorative mid-century modern studio glass vase. The vase is 12.5 inches tall and has an organic, flower bud vase which is made of a thick glass and finished with a Batutto (hammered) technique and two elongated faceted spheres on either side. The origins of the vase are an enigma as the Batutto technique is Italian, however, the flat polished bottom is similar to Scandinavian glass techniques. The vase is in very good condition.
