The Swiss Chair was designed to commerate 700 years Switzerland in 1991. It is a playful tribute to Switzerland and the symbols of the country, the red & white" and the Swiss cross as back. The chair is in very good condition and comfortable; the cross is mounted with bent steel to allow some movement when the sitter is leaning. Great design and a practical eye catcher.

It comes dissasembled (easy assembly) in its original box. The chair was sold originally sold at the national crafts store, Heimatwerk. The overall height is 35 inches, seat height of 18.5 inches and total depth is 16.5 inches.
