The Naef Bauhaus design chess pieces have been in the Naef catalog since the 60's when Kurt Naef gained exclusive rights to produce toys designed by Bauhaus designers. The chess game was designed in 1923 by Josef Hartwig using a series of cubes, cylinders and balls to create the chess pieces. This is a 1:1 exact edition after the original and is handmade in Switzerland. This game is for players over 3 years old.
