A vintage 1960s German glass vase from the Peill Putzler glass aterlier in Dure. The vase is quite large at 19.5 inches. The beauty of this piece lies in the harmony between form and design; the white and clear glass's pattern mirrors perfectly the elliptical form of the vase. The wide mouth which flows into a large bulbous base reminds one of a computer generated image of a physics phenomenon. One can see the influence of the work of Vicke Lindstrand of Kosta in the execution of this vase. It is in very good condition.
