A vintage 1950's French studio pottery vase. The biomorphic shaped vase is 8.75 inches tall, has contrasting gray and oxblood glazes. The shape is pure French mid-century pottery and reminds one of the work of Pol Chambost. It is signed, Orlat A.D. and comes from Ebrueil which is in the Auvergne region of France (near Limoges). The vase is in very good condition.
