vintage item::

An exceptional example of vintage American art studio glass, the egg is 5.3 inches tall (not including the height of the silve decorative base). It has a magical iridescent sheen and features an art nouveau feathered swirl pattern. From the fine craftsmanship, it is not unlike Steuben studio glass. It is signed, however, the signature is not so readable. There is a number, "1979" (perhaps, a date or id number) and the maker's name, "Vand.....". My interpretation that it might be "Vandermer" or a name in this direction.The pieces is in very good condition.
